I'm ditching the Thomson stems. They are cracking way too easily nowadays. Not sure why. Grant had one break clean through at the steerer tube side, and I have a face plate and a steerer tube crack.
If they can't handle hand tight without failing, I don't trust them to hold together when riding the rough.
I'd never run silver anyway, to hard to see the cracks. Well, except for Grant's cuz they were the size of the San Andreas.
Ya darn braggart. BRAGGART!!!!
